This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to any paid services offered on Rozgar Dunia ("Platform"), including but not limited to job posting plans, featured listings, and other premium services purchased by employers. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
1. General Policy
Job seekers are never charged for creating an account, browsing jobs, or applying to jobs on Rozgar Dunia. Charges, where applicable, apply only to employers purchasing job posting plans or premium features.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error.
- The paid service (e.g. job posting slot) was not activated or delivered due to an error on our part.
- A payment was made in error and no part of the purchased service has been used or consumed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- The job posting has already been published live on the Platform.
- Applications have already been received against a posted job.
- Change of mind after a plan or service has been activated.
- Failure to receive the desired number of applications or hiring outcomes, as we do not guarantee hiring results.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in suspension or removal of a listing.
4. Cancellation of Job Postings
Employers may request cancellation of an unpublished or pending job posting by contacting our support team before the posting goes live. Once a job posting is live, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, though it can be closed or removed from public view at any time from the employer dashboard.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@rozgardunia.in or via our Contact page within 7 days of the payment date, along with your order/payment details and reason for the request. Our team will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction or payment gateway charges deducted at the time of payment may be non-refundable, as these are levied by third-party payment processors and not retained by Rozgar Dunia.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
