By creating an account, browsing jobs, posting jobs, or otherwise using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work or hire in India to use Rozgar Dunia. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading or incomplete information.

3. Use of the Platform

Rozgar Dunia is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of job listings, or the suitability of candidates. Job seekers and employers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy and accuracy of information exchanged through the Platform.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, resume and job applications.
  • Use the Platform only for genuine job search purposes.
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity.

5. Employer Responsibilities

  • Post only genuine, lawful job openings with accurate descriptions, requirements and compensation details.
  • Do not post jobs that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or that require upfront payment from job seekers.
  • Use candidate information obtained through the Platform solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations when hiring.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content.
  • Post multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or jobs requiring payment from applicants.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute Platform content without our written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious software.

7. Paid Services

Certain features, such as job posting plans for employers, may require payment. All fees are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Refunds and cancellations for paid services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Rozgar Dunia name, logo, design and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

9. Content Removal and Account Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rozgar Dunia acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of job seekers or employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee job placement, candidate quality, or the accuracy of any information posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rozgar Dunia and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, India.
